Orders are processed every working day from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Orders placed outside these hours are prepared the next business day. Shipments are made by urgent mail with deadlines in Spain between 24 and 48 working hours. In the rest of the world it can take between 3 and 5 days until your arrival.

It is possible to exchange an item for another of the same or higher amount by paying the difference in price, within the first 14 days from receipt of the item. We travel 3-4 times a year to Jaipur, India, where my grandmother put down her roots.
