Avoid putting on perfume or creams with your jewelry on, don't shower with them, or play sports to prevent sweat from falling on them. Pamper them by gently wiping them with a dry cloth so as not to wear away the gold plating or scratch them.

We offer different modalities so that all our clients can adapt, all of them are secure forms of payment. Orders in mainland Spain do not carry an extra cost from €49.99, shipping will take between 24-48 hours. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are not part of the customs territory of the EU, so you will surely be charged customs duties/taxes. These costs are not included in the price and must be paid by the buyer. TIAHRA is not responsible for the costs of tariffs or customs clearance that each country or city has to apply.

Orders are processed every working day from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Orders placed outside these hours are prepared the next business day. Shipments are made by urgent mail with deadlines in Spain between 24 and 48 working hours. In the rest of the world it can take between 3 and 5 days until your arrival.

It is possible to exchange an item for another of the same or higher amount by paying the difference in price, within the first 14 days from receipt of the item. The amount of the purchases is not refunded except in the case of damage, although we are very meticulous when it comes to shipping to avoid such circumstances.

Items must be returned in their original condition, along with any accessories related to them, they cannot be returned if they are used or if they have been damaged after use. The invoice must be attached to our store at Calle Claudio Coello 56, 28001 Madrid.

The item to be returned will be your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. We recommend that you send it by courier or certified mail, keeping proof of delivery. The shipping cost is borne by the buyer.
