- Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday except holidays before 1830 hours.
- The availabilities that are shown in each product begin to count after the confirmation of the payment and include the transport time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- It is only possible to exchange an item for another of the same or higher amount, paying the difference in price, within the first 14 days from receipt of the item. The amount of the purchases is not refunded except in the case of defects or defects, although before sending an item it is carefully reviewed to avoid such circumstances.
- In the event that you want to change an item, you must send it to the following address together with its original packaging. (C/Claudio Coello 56). The shipping cost will always be borne by the CUSTOMER. We recommend shipping through a courier company due to the type of Product. Changes or returns of items with postage due will not be accepted. If you need help to organize the collection, we can organize it with our courier cost.
- Once we receive the return shipment, our staff will verify that everything is in the same condition in which it was sent and we will proceed to send you another design that you have chosen.
