Shipping cost
The cost is calculated based on the destination entered in the form:
- Spain 24-48h (excluding the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): free
- Europe and rest of the world purchases over € 120: free
- Europe and rest of the world purchases under € 120: € 11
Returns
It is only possible to exchange an item for another of the same or higher amount, paying the difference in price, within the first 14 days from receipt of the item. The amount of the purchases is not refunded except in the case of defects or defects, although before sending an item it is carefully reviewed to avoid such circumstances.
Items must be returned in their original condition, along with any accessories related to them, and cannot be used or damaged. They must keep their complete original packaging and attach the invoice or a copy of it in case of returning part of the order. Important note: Until we receive the item in our warehouse, it is under your responsibility. We recommend that you send us the item by courier or certified mail and that you keep the proof of shipment. The cost of this shipment is borne by the buyer.
